FUNERAL W.H. EDWARDS, JR.

Monmouth, March 9 - Services for William H. Edwards, Jr., were held on Monday afternoon, at 2 o'clock, from the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William H. Edwards, State Street, Augusta. Rev. Herbert E.P. Pressey, rector of St. Mark's Episcopal Church, officiating.

He held a position in the office of the Kennebec Journal for 20 years and for ten years was with the H. Gannett Publishing Co.

Besides his parents, he leaves his wife, Mrs. Winifred Gott Edwards, and four children: Margaret, Norman H., Eleanor L. and Dorothy E. Edwards, all of Monmouth; two sisters, Mrs. Daniel B.
