Frank Eliot Sawin, 69, of 19 Saunders Street, Allston, mail carrier in the Back Bay section for 39 years, died yesterday. He was a 32d-degree Mason and served actively with the National State Guard. Funeral services from his home Saturday at 2:30 p.m., with burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Brighton. He leaves his widow, Mrs. Geneva M. (Freese) Sawin, seven children, 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
