MRS. LEILA F. TETREAULT

PORTLAND -- Mrs. Leila F. Tetreault, 70, wife of Charles L. Tetreault of Portland, died Sunday at Boston, Mass. hospital following a brief illness.

She was born January 19, 1901 at Atkinson to the late Dexter and Bertha (McCorrison) [sic] Blethen and attended Atkinson schools and graduated from Dover-Foxcroft Academy.

She came to greater Portland about 25 years ago and was self employed as a beautician. She attended the Congregational Church and was a member of the Pouliot-Seavey Post, American Legion Auxiliary and Sunset Pack Women's Club.

Besides her husband, she is survived by one son, Melville L. Hamlin of S. Portland; one daughter, Mrs. Nells E. (Marguerite) Skoog of Brewer; five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter; two sisters, Mrs. Nora B. Fanjoy of Dexter and Mrs. Ada Murdock, also of Dexter; several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Hay and Peabody Funeral Home, 749 Congress St., Portland.

Visiting hours will be held Tuesday afternoon and evening at the funeral home.
