MRS. LILLIAN DREW

Howland -- Mrs. Lillian Drew, 87, died in local nursing home Tuesday after a long illness.
She was born in Lagrange, April 13, 1881, the daughter of James and Persia (Carey) Jones.
She was a member of the Howland Methodist Church, and an honorary member of the church's WSCS.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Thomas (Gladys) Southard of Howland and Mrs. Florence Appleby of Hermon; one sister, Mrs. Emily Hatch of Howland; 13 grandchildren. many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday in the Howland Methodist Church with the Rev. Lynn Morrison officiating.

Burial will be in Boyd Lake Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Barton Funeral Home in Lincoln Thursday.

The cause of his death was Bright's disease.

Lillian next married Joseph E. Drew. (Joseph E. Drew was born about 1892 in Maine.)
