LEEDS --
Miss Bertha M. Lindsay, 76, died Saturday at her Bishop Hill home after a ten year illness.

A native of this town, she was born Nov. 29, 1875, the daughter of Lewis and Flora Curtis Lindsay. She was a domestic nurse most of her life and was a member of Leeds Grange.

Surviving are a brother, Harry, with whom she lived; a sister, Mrs. Walter Stockford, Winthrop, and several nieces and nephews.

DIED -- in Leeds, Dec. 22, Bertha Mae Lindsay. Funeral services will be held from her late residence at Leeds, Wednesday at 2 o'clock. Interment Union Cemetery, Leeds. Friends may call at the Bragdon-Flanders Funeral Home, Monmouth, Monday evening, from 7 to 9 p.m.
