ALICE M. DREW

DANFORTH and HOULTON -- Alice M. Drew, 94, died Saturday, July 10, 1993, at a Houlton nursing home.

She was born in Danforth, May 24, 1899, the daughter of Granville and Josephine (Lindsay) Foster. She was a graduate of Danforth High School, Class of 1916 and the Gorham State Normal School. She taught elementary school for many years.

She is survived by a son, John Drew of Bangor; a daughter, Raecyl Williams of Selden; a sister, Helen Curtis of Sarasota, Fla.; a special cousin, Abby French of Danforth; eight grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends may call at the Dunn Funeral Home, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday. Graveside services will be held at Selden Cemetery, 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, with the Rev. Robert Murchie officiating.
