NORWAY --
With Willis Hamlin, fish and game warden, complainant, Raymond H. Woodworth of Paris pleaded guilty Monday morning at Norway Municipal Court to a charge of the possession of two [sic] many fish and paid a fine of $10.00 and $4.00 for four fish and costs of $1.95. He was then dismissed.

R. Henry Woodworth, 78, died Saturday at his home here on Hebron Road.

He was born March 17, 1901, in Norway, the son of William H. and Gertrude Marcia Woodworth.

He was a graduate of Paris High School, class of 1920, and was building contractor and carpenter most of his life.

He was a member of the Norway-Paris Lions club and the Deering Memorial Methodist Church in South Paris and its choir.

He is survived by his wife, the former Myra Austin of South Paris; three sons, Robert L. of Paris, Raymond H Jr. of Otisfield, and James A. of Woodbury, N.J.; four daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Emerson of Norway, Mrs. Kathleen hunt of West Paris, Mrs. Florence Cairns of North Waterford, and Mrs. Geneva Holehan of Durango, Colo.; three stepsons, William A. of South Paris, Richard W. of East Hampton, Conn., Gordan H. of South Paris; two stepdaughters, June Scothorne of Naples and Alice Thyne of South Paris; four brothers, C. Wallace of Brenton, J. Victor of Windsor, F. Lewis of South Paris, E. Arthur of Norway, two sisters, Ruth Bradford of Norway and Esther Abbott of Portland; 40 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.

WOODWORTH -- in South Paris, March 17, 1979, R. Henry Woodworth, age 78, of East Main St., South Paris. Funeral services will be held at 2pm Monday, from Deering memorial Methodist Church, South Paris, with Rev. Roy Barnes officiating Spring interment will be in the Norway Pine Grove Cemetery. Those who wish may make memorial contributions in his memory to the Norway Paris Lions Club, in care of Norman Cyr, Hebron Rd., South Paris, Me. Arrangemnts by the Raymond Funeral Home.
