MRS. LENA BISHOP

MILO -- Mrs. Lena W. Bishop, 80, widow of Carroll F. Bishop, died Jan. 23 at a Milo hospital following a brief illness.

She was born at Milo May 23, 1890, the daughter of Charles and Clara (Meservey) Ward.

She was a member of the Aldworth Chapter, O.E.S., of Milo.

Surviving are one son, Fremont of Arcadia, Calif.; three daughters, Mrs. Vincent (Evelyn) Settle of Arlington, Va., Mrs. Peter (Irene) Hearn of Milo, and Mrs. Charles (Hazel) Allen of Brownville; six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at the Lary Funeral Home, Milo, Tuesday at 2 p.m., with the Rev. George Gray officiating.

Burial will be in the family lot in the Evergreen Cemetery, Milo.

Friends may call at the funeral home Monday from 7-8 p.m.
