Greene Woman's Granddaughter Killed in Idaho
GREENE - The granddaughter of a local woman was injured fatally in a coasting accident, Christmas Day, at Acequia, Idaho, according to word received here.
Marcia Faye Kent, the victim, was born Oct. 29, 1952, at Rupert, Idaho, daughter of Irel Kent and the late Rena Maguire Kent.
Survivors include her father of Acequia; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Nina Brewster, Greene.

Sliding Mishap Kills Girl
BURLEY, Idaho (AP) - A 12 year old Acequia, Idaho girl died late last night of head injuries suffered earlier Monday in a coasting accident.
The girl, Marsha Kent, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Irel Kent, was sliding on a large innertube near the Pomerelle Ski area with a youth group from the Church of Christ.
The adult leader, Keith Farris, said Marsha's tube went off a 15-foot embankment and she struck her head on the road below. She died at 10 p.m. in Cassia County Memorial Hospital.
