MAUDE E. LEADBETTER

Maude Eva Leadbetter, 94, of 166 Marboro St., Boston, a former resident of Auburn, died Tuesday at a Boston nursing home after a long illness.

She was born May 4, 1869, at East Livermore, and was married to Charles K. Leadbetter who died in 1926.

For many years she lived in Auburn and moved to Boston 20 years ago to make her home with her son, Dr. Wyland F. Leadbetter.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ona Blanchard of Rochester, N.Y. and Mrs. Rena McIlroy of Auburn; two sons, Dr. Leadbetter of Boston and Shirley Leadbetter of North Livermore and six grandchildren.

DIED - In Boston, Monday March 18, Maude E. Leadbetter. Funeral services will be held from the Plummer & Merrill Funeral Home, 212 Turner Street, Thursday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Frederick D. Hayes officiating. Entombment at Mt. Auburn Cemetery. Burial in the spring. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 7 to 9.
