LINDSAY SCHILLINGER

Lindsay Schillinger, 92, passed away Feb. 13 at a Houlton hospital after a long illness.

A life-long resident here, he was born Jan. 9, 1884, son of Arthur and Mary (Lindsay) Schillinger. He attended schools at Danforth, was a member of Lake Grange for over 50 years, a member of Danforth IOOF, having received his 50 year pin many years ago. He was a retired potato and dairy farmer and was Danforth's oldest male citizen.

He is survived by his wife, Agnes (Perry) "Bett" Schillinger; two sons, Lloyd and Albert, both of Danforth; one sister, Mrs. Abby French of Orrington; two granddaughters, Portia Williams of Hodgdon and Pamela DeWitt of Danforth; and three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Sunday 2 p.m. at the Bartlett Funeral Home, Danforth. Spring interment in the Danforth Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday afternoon and evening.
