AGNES SCHILLINGER

DANFORTH -- Agnes Schillinger, 94, died August 8, 1978, at a Houlton hospital after a long illness.

She was born Jan. 4, 1884, at Orient, the daughter of Peter and Allie (Peters) Perry. She was the widow of Lindsay Schillinger who died February 13, 1976. She attended schools at Orient and Houlton. She attended the Danforth Methodist Church, and was a member of the Judith Rebekah Lodge. She was the oldest resident of Danforth, and holder of the Boston Post gold - headed cane. She had been a resident of Danforth for the past 74 years.

She is survived by two sons, Lloyd P. and Adelbert C., both of Danforth; two granddaughters, Portia Williams of Houlton, and Pamela DeWitt of Danforth; and three great-granddaughters.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Bartlett Funeral Home, Danforth. Interment will be in the Danforth Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday evening.
