REECYL M. FITZPATRICK

BANCROFT and SKOWHEGAN --
Reecyl M. Fitzpatrick, 65, passed away Dec. 5 at a Waterville hospital after a brief illness.

She was born Oct. 15, 1921 at Danforth, the daughter of A. Lyle and Vera (Mowrey) Schillinger.

She was a graduate of Danforth High School, 1938, and a graduate of Maddigan Hospital School of Nursing, Houlton 1942.

She was a member of the Maine Nursing Association, and had served several years on the school board and as tax collector at Bancroft. She resided in Millinocket from 1958 to 1980 and since then she has summered in Bancroft and wintered in Skowhegan.

She was employed at Millinocket Community Hospital and was a dental receptionist.

She is survived by her husband, C. Foster Fitzpatrick of Bancroft; two sons, Gary and daughter-in-law Suzanne of Skowhegan, and Peter and daughter-in-law Kathy of Madison; ; one daughter, Ann Fitzpatrick of Lincoln; one brother, Karl Schillinger of Danforth; two grandsons, Adam and Tyler of Skowhegan; one aunt and several cousins.

Graveside services only at the Danforth Cemetery Monday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. James Keller officiating.

Arrangements by the Bartlett Funeral Home, Danforth. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in her memory.
