MRS. CLIFTON BISHOP


Mrs. Ella R. Bishop, 82, of Columbia Falls, a Lewiston native, died yesterday at an Ellsworth hospital.

She was born June 21, 1877 in Lewiston, the daughter of Charles and Rebecca Hemspon Smith. Her husband, Clifton C. Bishop, died several years ago. For many years, Mrs. Bishop lived at Portland.

She was a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church of Portland and the Order of the Eastern Star.

Survivors are a son, Delmont of Melrose, Mass. and a brother, Albert S. Smith of South Easton.
