ALFRED WALKER NEWELL
Storng, Jan. 25 -- Alfred Walker Newell died at 3:20 Monday afternoon, at the home of his son, Dana Newell, after an illness of several months. He was born at New Portland May 16, 1854. He married Miss Hattie Carville.
Surviving are two sons, Iriving and Dana Newell, both of Strong; one brother, Hanable Newell of California; two sisters, Mrs. Hattie Pratt of Brunswick and Mrs. James Black of Strong; and several grandchildren.
