Report On Lad is Unchanged

Larry S. Linton, 15, Priest River High School student, today was reported to be in critical condition at Sacred Heart Hospital.

His parents, Mr. and Mrs. James R. Linton, today were recovering from attacks of food poisoning they received while in Spokane keeping a vigil over their son, who was injured August 15.

Larry received a serious head injury when he fell from a truck on his parents' ranch near Priest River, Idaho.

Truck Tumble Proves Fatal


Larry S. Linton, 15, Priest River, Idaho, died last night in a Spokane hospital.

The youth had suffered a blood clot 13 days ago when he fell from a pick up truck on his parents' ranch and hit his head on a stone.

He was riding in the truck with his brother, Raymond, 14, and a cousin, Donald Shanks, 17.

Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James R. Linton; two sisters; seven brothers, all of Priest River.
