DR. LEO S. TRASK


Dr. Leo S. Trask, 73, an Everett physician and surgeon for 35 years, died yesterday at his home.

Dr. Trask was a graduate of Colby College and the John Hopkins Medical School. He was a member of the Snohomish County Medical Society, the Washington State and American Medical Associations and the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Trask was a mason and a member of Nile Temple of the Shrine in Seattle.

Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth; two sons, Stewart Trask, Edmonds, and Capt. Charles Trask, Army Medical Corps., Baltimore.

Funeral services will be held at 1 o'clock Thursday in the Challacombe-Fickel & Precht Mortuary, Everett. Entombment will be in Viewcrest Abbey.
