CORA (MUNCEY) SPRINGER
STAFFORD SPRINGS, CONN. - Cora (Muncey) Springer, 78, of 81 Grant Ave., Stafford Springs, Conn., died Saturday, Dec. 30, 1995, at a Stafford hospital.
She was born in Danforth, Maine, and had resided in Stafford Springs for 13 years. She was formerly employed by Manchester Memorial Hospital and retired in 1981.
She is survived by four daughters, Esther Spencer of Meriden, Conn., Leona Rollins, Daisy Miller and Julia Kangas, all of Stafford Springs; two sons, Bryan Springer, Jr. of Mercer, Maine, and Walter Springer of Bowdoin, Maine; 16 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Tochetti Funeral Home, 200 West Main St., Stafford Springs. Burial will be in the Windsorville Cemetery, Broad Brook, Conn. Visiting hours will be held 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Tochetti Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to the Stafford Ambulance Association, 7 Monson Rd., Stafford Springs, Conn. 06076; or to the Vernon V.N.A., 8 Keynote Dr., Vernon, Conn.
