Bessie Naomi "Betty" (Noble) Waldron Manson, WA

Bessie Naomi "Betty" (Noble) Waldron died November 17, 2011, at Lake Chelan Community Hospital. She was 60 days short of her 99th birthday.

Born in Reardan, WA, she grew up on Whidbey Island and graduated from Washington State College. She was married to Jim Waldron for over 60 years. Jim and Betty retired to an apple orchard in Manson, WA. An accomplished vocalist, Betty loved music and dancing and was regularly seen enjoying both at the Lake Chelan Winery and Wapato Point Cellars, the wineries owned by her family.

She will be missed by her four daughters, Helen Johnson of Medical Lake, WA, Marilyn (David) Jones of Federal Way, WA, Bobbi (Steve) Kludt of Manson, WA and Lorinda (Joe) Richer of Spokane, WA; and by her 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Betty attributed her longevity to dancing and enjoying life at every opportunity.
