BURT MERRILL
Burt Merrill died at his home, 129 Lake Street, Auburn, late Friday morning. He was born at Leeds, April 2, 1864, the son of Sylvanus C. and Rosina Manwell Merrill. He has been a resident of Auburn about 50 years. He worked for the Turner Center Creamery 26 years. In 1921, he married Emma Libby.
Surviving are his widow, a half-brother, Irving Merrill of West Hanover, Mass.; three half-sisters, Mrs. Rosina Snell and Miss Evie Merrill both of West Hanover, Mass., and Mrs. Nellie Mann of Whitman, Mass.; two grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
DIED - In Auburn, April 7, Burt Merrill. Funeral services will be held from the Funeral Home of Plummer & Merrill Co., Monday at two o'clock.
