Mrs. Fred S. Doyle

Caribou, March 27 --
Funeral services were held Thursday, March 18 for Mrs. Dora Larrabee Doyle, one of the town's most prominent women who passed away at her home on Glenn St., March 16.

Born in Chippewa Falls, Wis., the daughter of Everett B. and Fannie Woodcock Larrabee, she came to Caribou in 1910. For many years she was music instructor in the village schools. Through her residence here, she was active in civic affairs. She married Fred S. Doyle, well known and prominent local farmer.

Surviving besides a husband are a sister, Mrs. Harold Hall of Santa Monica, Calif.; two brothers, Ralph Larrabee of Calgary, British Columbia and Fred Larrabee of Kansas City, Mo.

Funeral services were conducted at the Universalist Church with Rev. Walter E. Kellison officiating. Eugene Hale sang two selections accompanied by Mrs. Hazel Magill. Pall bearers were Dale Currier, Philip Jacobs, Boyd Pierson, John Doyle, Mike Raymond and Maynard Smith.

Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery.
