Services for E. Keith Stanley, 67, Lawrence, will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Plymouth Congregational Church with the Rev. Jonathan Knight officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Stanley died Monday at Lawrence Memorial Hospital after an apparent heart attack.

He was born March 20, 1923, in Minneapolis, Kan.

Mr. Stanley formerly was a real estate agent for Haverty & Hatfield Real Estate and Insurance in Lawrence. He retired five years ago. Previously, he worked for Crane and Company Office Supply, Lawrence, and had worked 17 years as a pharmaceutical representative for Walker, Similac and Marion Labs.

He was a veteran of World War II and served in the U.S. Army. He participated in the European Theater and was a Purple Heart recipient.

Mr. Stanley, who had attended Kansas University, was a member of Plymouth Congregational Church, the Elks Lodge, the University Club and the Alford-Clarke Post 852, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Lawrence.

He married Hazel Fogo on Dec. 28, 1945, in Wichita. She survives of the home.

Other survivors include three daughters, Andrea Corbin, Farmington, Mich., and Virginia Minnis and Marcella Larrabee, both of Lawrence; two brothers, Gary Stanley, Seattle, and Dale Stanley, Manhattan, Kan.; a sister, Ruth Porter, San Jose, Calif.; and six grandchildren.
