PEGGY IRELAND KUBLER
REIDSVILLE -- Peggy Ireland Kubler, 65, of 2283 Wentworth Street, died Friday, April 4, 2003, at her residence.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 6, 2003, at Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at a later date.
Mrs. Kubler was born in Cordova, Md., to the late Charles Ireland and Florence Harris. She was a homemaker and she and her husband were members of the Single Squares in Greensboro, where he was a caller and she was the taw.
She is survived by her husband, Ira Paul Kubler, of the home; sons, Paul Neil Kubler and wife, Terry, of Elberon, Va., Fred Carroll Kubler and wife, Vicky, of Windsor, Va.; daughters, Cheryl Ann Whorrall and husband, Larry, of Waverly, Va. and Vickie Lynn Dee Kubler of Reidsville; 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; brothers, Carroll Wooters and John Wooters; sisters, Joyce Thomas, Patsy Wooters, Nancy Wroten and Becky Candle, all of Maryland; and special friends, Chris and Gene Hunnicutt of Smithfield, Va.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Wilkerson Funeral Home and other times at the residence.
