HIRAM N. MCKENNEY
WINN -- Hiram N. McKenney, 84, died in the Veteran's Hospital in Togus Oct. 4, 1979. He was born in Newport June 8, 1895, the son of Hiram and Rose (Myrick) McKenney. He was a veteran of World War I and had been a member of the Odd Fellows.
He is survived by his wife, Helen Royal McKenney, of Lincoln; two sons, Herman McKenney and Robert McKenney, both of Winn; two daughters, Patricia McKenney of Ellsworth, and June Henderson of Orono; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Sunday, 2 p.m., at the Clay Funeral Home, Lincoln, with the Rev. Jack Stewart officiating. Burial will be in the East Winn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
