MONMOUTH -- Mrs. Lenora Irene Additon, widow of Fred L., died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Harry Lindsay, Friday.
Born at Greene, Dec. 18, 1871, daughter of Frances E. and Eleanor Pettingill Howe, she resided in Leeds 66 years. A Golden Sheaf member of Leeds Grange, she was also a member of the OES of Monmouth.
Surviving are six children, Ernest F., Leeds; Lesley F., Bryant Pond; Ivan B., Norway; Mrs. Edna Lindsay, Leeds; and Loring R., Bath; a sister, Mrs. Eva Pratt, Auburn; 19 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
DIED -- At Leeds, July 2, Lenora Irene Additon, wife of Fred L. Additon, aged 52. Funeral services will be held from the residence of Ernest Additon, Leeds, Monday, January 3 at 2 o'clock. Interment in the family lot Additon Cemetery. Friends may call at the Bragdon Flanders Funeral Home, Monmouth, Sunday evening 7 to 9.
