Mrs. A.T. Tinkham

The death of Mrs. Martha J. Tinkham ocurred Thursday morning at 6:30 o'clock at her home 937 Main Street. She was taken ill ten days ago with pneumonia and although passing the fever crisis, did not have strength enough to rally from the disease. Everything possible was done for her comfort, yet she failed rapidly until the end came.

Mrs. Tinkham formerly lived in Leeds, her maiden named being Brewster. Forty-two years ago she married Mr. Tinkham. She was a woman most highly esteemed and greatly endeared to her home where she will be sadly missed.

Besides her husband, she leaves six children, Wendall B., Lawrence E. and Melvin B. Tinkham, Mrs. Myrtle Webber, Florence and Lillian Tinkham, all of whom were with her during her illness, except her oldest son who is in the West.
