Mae L. Lindsay
Mae Louise Lindsay, 101, of New Market, died Saturday, March 5, 2005, at Maple Glen Adult Care Facility in Timberville.
Miss Lindsay was born May 29, 1903, in Boston, Mass., and was the daughter of the late William W. and Esther Mae Heath Lindsay.
She graduated from Boston University and taught music in Braintree, Mass. She moved to New Market in 1965 and taught music in her home. She was a member of Manor Memorial United Methodist Church in New Market and the Wednesday Bible Study Group.
Miss Lindsay was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Dr. Steve Proctor will conduct the funeral 11 a.m. Tuesday at Manor Memorial United Methodist Church. A private burial will be at Emmanuel Lutheran Cemetery in New Market.
Friends may sign the register book at Theis Funeral Chapel in New Market at any time.
At Miss Lindsay's request, the casket will be closed.
