FROST, HOWARD R., 92, of 4000 24th St. N, St. Petersburg, died Sunday (Jan. 7, 1990) at the VA Medical Center at Bay Pines.

He was born in Webster, Maine, and came here in 1969 from Southwick, Mass., where he was a public health agent for the state. He attended the University of Maine and graduated from Wentworth Institute, Boston. Locally, he was a member of Northside United Methodist Church. He served in the Army and Navy during World Wars I and II. In World War II he was in the medical corps attached to the Marines in the Southwest Pacific. He was a Mason and a member of the DAV.

Survivors include his wife, Lola; a son, Howard, South Paris, Maine; a daughter, Roberta Barber, Anaheim, Calif.; four grandsons; and seven great-grandchildren.
