Martin E. Maher

Martin E. Maher, 50, of 158 Central street, Auburndale, died yesterday at his home.

A native of Newton, he served overseas during World War I with the 101st Field Artillery of the Yankee Division. He was an agent at the Waltham office of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. for 20 years.

He leaves his wife, a daughter, Miss Nancy Maher and a sister, Mrs. Harold Giggey of Watertown.

Funeral services will be held at the Newton Center Chapel tomorrow at 2:30 p.m.
