Terence C. Bishop
SAN DIEGO, CALIF. AND LAGRANGE -- Terence C. Bishop, 61, died at his home in San Diego, March 27, 1979, after a long illness. He was born in Springfield, August 1917, the son of Clarence D. and Minnie (Cole) Bishop. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Navy for 10 years, three and one half years of combat duty, he was highly decorated. He also served 27 years with the Full Security Police, State of California, from which he retired due to illness in 1972.
He is survived by his wife, Juanita Bishop of San Diego; one step-son, B.Y. Hobbs; one brother, J. Lindsay Bishop of LaGrange; one sister, Esther Robichaud of Springhill, Fla.; two nieces and two nephews. Burial will be Thursday, March 29, 1979, in the Veterans National Cemetery, Riverside, Calif.
