Ralph King Sr. Retired Boston Police officer
Ralph L. King Sr. died Friday, Dec. 30, at the Ellis Nursing Home in Norwood. He was 90.
Mr. King was born in Carroll, Maine, the son of Ralph J. and Olive (Lindsey) King. He graduated from Boston English High School.
He worked as a police officer for the Boston Police Department for 35 years. He was working as an accident investigator at the time of his retirement in 1977.
He was a member of Prospect Lodge AF&AM of Roslindale, and a member of the Police Square and Compass Club.
His funeral service and burial were private.
Burial was in Blue Hill Cemetery in Braintree.
Arrangements were made by Folsom Funeral Service, Roslindale.
