Mrs. Carroll Jordan
TURNER -- Mrs. Elsie M. Jordan died Wednesday morning at her home on the North Parish Road after a lingering illness.
She was born July 21, 1906, at Greene, daughter of Mellen and Elizabeth House Bubier. She was educated in Greene schools and in 1927 was married to Carroll Jordan.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Roland, Turner; two daughters, Mrs. Vira McManus and Mrs. Fay Reynolds, both of Turner; two brothers, Wesley and Chester Bubier, both of Greene; four sisters, Mrs. Evelyn Rose, Auburn; Mrs. Viola Nickerson, Turner; Mrs. Hazel Howe, Greene, and Mrs. Thelma McCurdy, Portland, and three grandchildren.
