NORMA E. MURRAY, 86
Norma E. Murray, 86, died April 15, 2000, after a long illness at the Sandy River Nursing Care Center of Farmington, where she was a resident for the past six months.
She was born at the Pentagoet Inn, Castine, a daughter of Charles F. and Eunice L. Luce Leadbetter, and attended Belfast schools, graduating from Crosby High School.
Mrs. Murray was a housewife most of her life.
She enjoyed people, music and flowers.
Her husband of 51 years, Cecil Murray, died previously.
Surviving are six children, Gloria Corbett of Peabody, Mass., Diana Humphreys of Melrose, Mass., Donna Auld of Laconia, N.H., Kent Murray of Tewksbury, Mass., Karen Clary of Farmington and Wendy Coleman of Doylestown, Pa.; two sisters, Hope Telow of Lewiston and Elizabeth Rogers of Harrington, Del.; 18 grandchildren and 31 great-grand- children.
There will be no visiting hours. A service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Henderson Memorial Baptist Church. Arrangements are by Adams Funeral Home.
