GRACE E. SMITH
LINCOLN -- Grace E. Smith, 83, died March 21 at a Bangor hospital. She was born in Caswell Plantation, Dec. 22, 1892, daughter of Cyrus and Mary (Crockett) King. She was a member of the Bible Baptist Church of Lincoln.
She is survived by three sons, Paul King of Lincoln, Clarence of Enfield, Byron of Sharon Valley, Conn.; five daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Danforth of Lincoln, Mrs. Ruth Bartlett of Old Town, Mrs. Marjorie Clifford, Mrs. Wilma Cobb, both of Lincoln, Mrs. Edna Burnham of Bangor; one brother, Eugene King of Lincoln; two sisters, Mrs. Lydia Butterfield of Caribou, Mrs. Mildred Smith of Lincoln; 40 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Bible Baptist Church, the Rev. Ronald Campbell officiating. Spring burial will be in the Stevens Cemetery in Carroll. Friends may call at the Barton Funeral Home Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
