JASPER E. DUREPO

LIMESTONE -- Jasper E. Durepo, 50, a prominent Limestone farmer, died at a Fort Fairfield hospital March 21 after a brief illness.

He was born in Limestone June 1, 1923, the son of Daniel and Ethel (Larrabee) Durepo. He had been a farmer since 1958 and was a member of the Limestone Methodist Church.

He is survived by his widow, Fred (Edstrand) Durepo, Limestone; three sons, Gary, Caswell, Jeffrey, Caribou, and Paul, Limestone; two daughters, Mrs. Larry (Connie) Addington, Houlton and Mrs. Jack (Claudia) Beveridge, Jr., Caribou; a brother, Carroll, Caribou; two sisters, Mrs. Emery (Hazel) Kent, Fort Fairfield and Mrs. Philip (Marion) Theriault, Bangor; and seven grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Lancaster Funeral Home, Caribou, Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the chapel in the funeral home Saturday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. David Wigley, pastor of the United Parish Church of Fort Fairfield officiating.
