Vera E. McCreedy, 85, died Wednesday, April 19, 1995, in Washington County Hospital after a three-week illness. Services: 1:30 p.m. Friday, First Christian Church, by the Rev. Richard Boyd. Burial: Elm Grove Cemetery. Friends may call after 9 a.m. today at Jones Funeral Home, where the family will greet friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Survivors include a daughter, Kay Fisher of Northridge, Calif.; and a brother, Claire Keating of Washington.
