Alfred J. Fritz, 79, died Friday, Dec. 27, 2002, in Washington County Hospital following a heart attack. Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday, St. James Catholic Church, by Father Dennis Martin. Burial: Elm Grove Cemetery. Friends may call after 11 a.m. Sunday at Jones-Eden Funeral Home, where the family will be present from 7 to 8:30 p.m., and where a prayer service will be held at 7:30 p.m.
Survivors include his wife, Jean; two sons, Al of Robins and Michael of Coralville; a brother, Clifford of Brighton; and two sisters, Leona Pauly of Fort Madison and Rose Worley of Washington.
