JOHN TOOTHAKER PAYS $120 FINE
COLVILLE, Wash., Aug. 13 - John Toothaker of Chewelah was fined $120 and costs and sentenced to 15 days in the county jail on charges of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. The jail term was suspended after the fine was paid.
Lloyd Hessner of Chewelah and Toothaker were injured Sunday morning near Addy when their car left the highway on a curve, turned over several times and came to rest 391 feet from where it left the road.
