Hessner was born 25 August 1902 in Loon Lake, Stevens County, Washington,^9130,9131 died 4 July 1950 in Nez Perce County, Idaho ^9132,9133 and was buried after 4 July 1950 in Chewelah, Stevens County, Washington at Saint Mary of the Rosary Cemetery ⁹¹³².) The cause of his death was due to a severe head injury sustained in a car accident.
