SHIRLEY E. TIBBETTS
DEXTER - Shirley E. Tibbetts, 66, died Jan. 23, 1992, at her home in Dexter. She was born Sept. 26, 1925, in Milltown, the daughter of Seth and Gladys (Card) Fickett. She was a member of the Garland Ladies Auxilary and the Garland Recreation Committee.
She is survived by her husband, Earl B. Tibbetts of Dexter; two sons, David Tibbetts of Sedona, Ariz. and Michael Tibbetts of Garland; one daughter, Patricia Blend of Garland; two brothers, Harold Fickett of Garland and Roy Fickett of Norridgewock; three sisters, Alice Bagley of Garland, Luzetta Mashi of Berrien Springs, Mich. and Phyllis Wilbur of Norridgewock; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by two brothers, Merle Fickett and Bunny Fickett.
Calling hours will be Sunday 2-4 p.m. at the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 238 Main St., Dexter. Private services for the family and relatives will be held Sunday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Patricia Blend, P.O. Box 56, Garland 04939.
