LORD, WILDON L. "BILL" -- of Clearwater died Thursday (Nov. 16, 2000) at Drew Village Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Clearwater.
He was born in Hermon, Maine, and came here in 1963 from Brewer, Maine. He owned Lord Motors in Clearwater. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a Purple Heart recipient. He was a member of Hermon Baptist Church, Hermon, National Association Rainbow Division Veterans and International Order of Oddfellows.
Survivors include his wife, Hazel Arlene; a son, Dennis P., Clearwater; a daughter, Donna Lord-Henry, Palm Harbor; four stepdaughters, Jane Graffam and Joyce Minot, both Westbrook, Maine, and Sherry-Lynn Heggers and Kimberly Greenwood, both Scarborough, Maine; a sister, Margeurite Robinson, Hermon; four brothers, Alvin H., Clearwater, Clifford, Brooksville, Bradford F., Spring Hill, and Thurlo, Bangor, Maine; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
