Miss Fellows Weds Lindsey

Opportunity is the address of Mr. and Mrs. Herschel Lindsey (Patricia Fellows), who were married Friday afternoon at the Methodist church in Coeur d'Alene by the Rev. Willard Stanton. At the ceremony, Miss Willene Fellows was her sister's attendant and Jack Lindsey was best man.

Both Mr. and Mrs. Lindsey were graduated from North Central High School and attended the Eastern Washington College of Education. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William A. Fellows, W2307 Buckeye. Mr. Lindsey is the son of Mr. and Mrs. H.T. Lindsey, W402 Providence. He is a teacher at the Opportunity School.

Priscilla (Fellows) Lindsey


Priscilla Fellows Lindsey, age 97, passed away on October 16, 2015 in Puyallup, WA.

She was born in Seattle, WA on August 16, 1918, but lived in Spokane, WA her entire life, graduating in 1936 from North Central High School. In September, Priscilla moved to the Tacoma area to be near family.

She is survived by daughter, Kathy Pease (Richard), grandsons Kyle (Teresa), and Vance (Linda). Priscilla was blessed with five great-grandchildren (Kaleb, Jarrett, Lindsey, Tommy, and Evelyn), and she thoroughly enjoyed all their activities, pictures, and stories. Extended family included numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents (Bill and Etta Fellows), sister (Willene Crampton), her high school sweetheart husband (Herschel), and young son (Tommy).

Priscilla was a charter member of Messiah Lutheran Church and was the church secretary for 27 years.

Memorial services will be performed at the Riverview Retirement Community Chapel on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at 10:30am.
