Esther Greenleaf weds Gerry Robbins

The marriage of Miss Esther Greenleaf, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Francis Greenleaf, 794 Main Street, Lewiston, to Gerry Robbins of New York City, took place Saturday, March 26, at Boston, Mass.

Mrs. Robbins was graduated from Lewiston High School with the class of 1946 and is majoring in voice at the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, Mass. She has appeared on many musical programs.

Mr. Robbins was graduated from Manhattan Aviation High School in New York City and is also a voice major at the Conservatory. The couple are residing in Boston.

They were honored guests at a reception Sunday afteroon given at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Allan Peabody, 6 Newbegin Avenue, Lewiston.

Those present included Mr. and Mrs. Ernest L. Greenleaf and son, Clyde of Portland; Mr. and Mrs. Harold Morrell and daughter, Anita of Poland; Mr. and Mrs. Chester Morrell, Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Smyc, Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Radomski and son, Peter of Lisbon; Mr. and Mrs. Robert Peabody, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Staples and daughter Susan; Mr. and Mrs. Francis Greenleaf Sr., and Mr. and Mrs. Francis Greenleaf Jr.
