ALBERT FRANCIS DIONNE

OLD TOWN -- Albert Francis Dionne, 63, of 145 South Main St., died June 7, 1981 at his residence. He was born Oct. 6, 1917, in Millinocket, the son of Oscar and Olive (Levasseur) Dionne. He was a graduate of Old Town High School and a veteran of World War II, having served with the Marines. He had been employed at Diamond International as a pipe fitter for 38 years. Mr. Dionne was a member of the Knights of Columbus and St. Mary's Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Marjorie (Madden) Dionne of Old Town; a son, William C. of Bradley; a daughter, Mary Ann Sibley of Bradley; three brothers, Camille of Bath, Wilfred of Bangor, and Wallace of Old Town; three sisters, Alphrena Ouellette of Old Town, Rose Moreau and Nora Foster, both of Bangor; five grandchildren, Marsha, Kimberly and Kevin Dionne, Brandy and Gary Sibley; several nieces and nephews. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m., Wednesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Old Town wiith the Rev. John Anderson officiating. Interment will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Old Town. Relatives and friends may call at the Baillargeon Funeral Home, 109 Middle St., Old Town, Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Knights of Columbus will recite prayers at the funeral home Tuesday at 7 p.m.
