Irene F. Sohm of Fremont, passed away in Churdan, Iowa, June 22, 1964, beloved wife of Joseph P. Sohm; loving mother of Joseph P. Sohm, Jr. and Olin Sohm, both of Fremont, Mrs. Marie Gordon of Paris, France; loving sister of Lillian Beecher of Iowa and J.L. Lindsey of Iowa; also survived by five grandchildren.

A native of Springfield, Illinois; aged 71 years. A life member of P.T.A. of Alameda County.

Services will be held Friday, June 26 at 10 a.m. at the Freemont Chapel of the Roses Mortuary, 1940 Peralta Boulevard at Temple Way, Fremont. Interment will follow at Golden Gate National Cemetery, San Bruno. Friends wishing may donate to the Alameda County Heart Association or to the Children's Hospital of the East Bay, Francis G. Rose, director.
