JOHNSONVILLE -- Norman R. Baldwin, 76, of Bridge Street, formerly of Schaghticoke, died Tuesday, April 24, 2001 at Samaritan Hospital, Troy, following a long illness.
Born in Stillwater, July 18, 1924, son of the late Patrick J. and Mary Livingston Baldwin. Husband of Margaret M. Dickinson, whom he married October 14, 1947.
Before his retirement in 1986, he was a silicone operator for the General Electric Silicone Products Division in Waterford. Prior to that, he had worked for the WESTVACO Paper Mill in Mechanicville working in the beater room and as a paper finisher. A Merchant Marine during World War II.
