LEE -- Ann L. Marston, L.P.N., 47, wife of Dale. W. Marston, died June 19, 1998, at a Lincoln hospital from injuried received in an automobile accident.
She was born in Lincoln, July 20, 1950, the daughter of Alfred and Winifred (Whalen) Clemons. Ann was employed as a charge nurse at Cummings' Health Care Facility in Howland. She loved to fish and spend time at camp on West Grand Lake.
In addition to her husband and her parents, all of Lee, she is survived by two stepsons, David Marston of Ellsworth, and James Marston of Saco; two stepdaughters, Ellen Thurlow of Enfield and Deborah Marston of Hudson; a nephew, Blaine "Spike" Clemons, with the U.S. Navy; nin step-grandchildren; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was predeceased by a brother, Blaine E. Clemons, in 1979.
Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Clay Funeral Home in Lincoln. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Glenn Speed officiating. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Lee. Those who wish may donate in her memory to the Blaine Clemons/Ann Marston Scholarship at Lee Academy. Donations may be left at the funeral home.
