RALPH L. SMITH

DOVER-FOXCROFT - Ralph L. Smith, 71, died August 14, 1981 at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital. He was born in Dover-Foxcroft, the son of Davis A. and Bertha (Mansfield) Smith. He was a graduate of Foxcroft Academy. He was employed by Webber Hardware for nearly 50 years. He was a past master of Mosaic Lodge of Masons F & AM; past noble grand of Kineo Lodge IOOF 64 and past chief patriarch of Eldorado Encampment 20. He had been financial secretary for many years of Kineo Lodge IOOF 64.

He is survived by his wife, Louise (Campbell) Smith of Dover-Foxcroft; one brother, John M. Smith of Garland; two sons, David M. Smith of Old Town, Alan C. Smith of Dover-Foxcroft; four grandchildren, James and Tracy Lynn Smith of Old Town, Ryan and Steven Smith of Dover-Foxcroft.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2:00 from the Lary Funeral Home with the Rev. Donald Davenport of the Dover-Foxcroft Congregational Church officiating. Burial will be in the family lot in Rural Grove Cemetery, Dover-Foxcroft. Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday 2-4 and 7-9.

Ralph married Louise Campbell. (Louise Campbell was born 2 August 1911 in East Sangerville, Piscataquis County, Maine,^9960,9961 died 5 September 1994 in Dover Foxcroft, Piscataquis County, Maine ⁹⁹⁶¹ and was buried after 5 September 1994 in Dover Foxcroft, Piscataquis County, Maine at Rural Grove Cemetery ⁹⁹⁶¹.)
