Alteeny Hesner
A graveside funeral for Alteeny Hesner, 92, of Placerville, was held Wednesday Jan. 12 under the direction of Chapel of the Pines, at the Park View Cemetery in Stockton. The Rev. William Hunt of Stockton conducted the service.
Mrs. Hesner died Jan. 8 at her residence. She was born in Iowa and lived 38 years in California, the past 15 years in El Dorado County.
She was a housewife.
Mrs. Hesner, a widow, is survived by her children, Helen Marsland of Placerville, Elmy Culver of Pascoe, Washington, Ella Huffman of Athena, Oregon, Delma Miles of Baker, Oregon, Floyd Hesner of Roseburg, Oregon and Elton Hesner of Stockton, and 11 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
